A parasite, mostly harmless parasite visible only under a microscope, reaches a length of only 0.15 – 0.40 mm in its life size. It resides on the bodies of mammals, in the hair follicles and skin sebaceous glands, primarily on the forehead and chin, or the area of the eyelashes. The eight legs of this parasite move at a speed of 8 – 16 mm/h, especially at night when we sleep: the parasites emerge from the pores of the skin, mate, and then return to the skin to deposit the eggs. It is enlarged to sizes that force us to face its presence, without the possibility of ignoring or suppressing the awareness of its existence.
The fact that we don't see something doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.
