The project of Pálffy's lime tree is inspired by the late baroque building in the large gardens of count Pálffy below the Bratislava's castle. The building enabled the visitors to climb up to the treetop of a huge lime tree and spend there free time, meeting others, relaxing. To renew this intimate link between a human and nature through a new modern form is one of the main intentions of the project that draws attention to the issue of diminishing greenery and raises awareness of its importance in bigger cities.
