Satellite: You can't stop fashion

September’s schedule of the exhibit and informational point of the Slovak Design Center will cover recent Slovakian fashion. The project named “You can’t stop fashion” will present four Slovakian clothing designers: LuciaCabanová, Dana Kleinert, Izabela Komjati and Michaela Mazalanová. A presentation of the youngest generation of the AFAD Bratislava graduates will be a part of the happening. The curator’s concept was to search for the national identity in the clothing industry, maintaining a strong link with the Slovakian folklore, presenting precise craftsmanship, and at the same time providing a look at the new movement among the current representatives of the clothing design on our home scene.
