The exhibition presents a selection of studio works by 2nd year students of the Institute of Design at the Faculty of Architecture and Design of STU. The curatorial selection is related to the theme Conversion - each of the exhibited projects brings its own interpretation of how design can change space and the way people perceive it.
Works - from interior objects to lighting fixtures to accessories - they explore design possibilities beyond the ordinary function. Here, light becomes an instrument of atmosphere, sound a carrier of memory and emotion, while other sensory perceptions enrich the experience of space with new layers.
