It responds to the extreme pace of the era, the fashion itself, and the exaggeration of visuality leading to visual aversion and even apathy towards the surrounding world. These are garments that seem to flutter in the wind but remain stuck in time&#8230; so that people have time to look at and perceive the beauty of a unique fleeting moment.
