Projekt presk\u00famaval mo\u017enosti vyu\u017eitia m\u00e9dia videohier, respekt\u00edve virtu\u00e1lnych n\u00e1strojov v&nbsp;nich, na tvorbu grafick\u00e9ho dizajnu. V tomto pr\u00edpade videohra predstavuje n\u00e1stroj, ktor\u00fd d\u00e1va pou\u017e\u00edvate\u013eovi ist\u00e9 obmedzenia, ktor\u00e9 \u010falej definuj\u00fa nov\u00fa estetiku a funk\u010dn\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie pre v\u00fdsledn\u00fd dizajn.<br><br>Projekt pozost\u00e1val z v\u00fdberu vhodn\u00fdch hier, tvorba dizajnu v r\u00e1mci t\u00fdchto hier a n\u00e1sledn\u00e1 anal\u00fdza, ktor\u00e1 mala za cie\u013e zhodnoti\u0165, ako by tieto videohern\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje vedeli obohati\u0165 tradi\u010dn\u00fd grafick\u00fd dizajn. Cie\u013eom bolo nadizajnova\u0165 a presk\u00fama\u0165 r\u00f4zne strat\u00e9gie, ak\u00fdmi sa d\u00e1 tvori\u0165 grafick\u00fd dizajn v prostred\u00ed videohier (prostredie, ktor\u00e9 na to p\u00f4vodne nebolo ur\u010den\u00e9), s hypot\u00e9zou, ako by sa dala vytvori\u0165 nov\u00e1 strat\u00e9gia pre apropri\u00e1ciu hern\u00fdch mechan\u00edk a met\u00f3d za \u00fa\u010delom vytvorenia vizu\u00e1lnych v\u00fdstupov. Projekt mal experiment\u00e1lny charakter, otv\u00e1raj\u00faci ot\u00e1zky o mo\u017enostiach multidisciplinarity vo vizu\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cii.<br><br>T\u00e1to publik\u00e1cia bola vytvoren\u00e1 ako diplomov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ca v ateli\u00e9ri Typolab na Katedre vizu\u00e1lnej komunik\u00e1cie na V\u0160VU v Bratislave pod veden\u00edm Pala B\u00e1lika v roku 2024.<br><br>PCAE is a publication part of the diploma project called The Video Game as Tools for Graphic Design. The master\u2019s thesis explores the possibilities of using the medium of video games, or the virtual tools used within them, for creating visual communication. In this case, a video game represents a tool, a program that imposes certain restrictions on the user, which define a new aesthetic and functional level for the created graphic design.<br><br>The main components of the project include selecting suitable games, creating projects within these games, including interdisciplinary analysis that evaluates how skills from video games can be applied to traditional graphic design. The goal of the project is to design and explore various strategies for creating graphic design in the environment of computer games (using video games as a tool in an environment that was not originally intended for this) with the aim of creating a new strategy for appropriating game figures and methods of composing images.
