The presentation forms a part of a complete series of 10 footstools as tangible output of the artistic research project „ECO-DESIGN CONCEPT MANUAL“ aimed at the implementation of eco-design into the designers creation process. They were designed on a single idea \u2013 a tripod base with a triangular seat. In some cases the design was supplemented by another feature \u2013 swaying, with the intention to make it more dynamic. The concepts in this product line were created as an experiment and serve primarily as visual examples of the ECM – eco-design tools, and\u00a0 how to use them. Footstools series tries to integrate into the context of current artistic trends with a focus on promoting the idea of sustainable development in the spirit of objectively sustainable design.<\/p>\n
