Bratislava Design Week will enable you to see where Slovak designers work and create, where good design is sold, on Friday 26th of September between 18.00 and 22.00. An evening stroll through Bratislavas design studios and shops, accompanied with a commented tour and samples of the designers creations and music.<\/p>\n

The first tour begins at 18.00 in Caffe Trieste, St. Florian Square 1.<\/p>\n

BAVLNA (Cotton) \u2013 creative studio<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Bavlna studio is a free group of professionals from the ranks of photographers, graphics designers, managers and producers. The shared space in the industrial building in old Cvernovka became a brand and at the same time a space for various events, be it commercial photography, shootings, pop-up shops,or cultural events like exhibitions, lectures and screenings.<\/p>\n

The studio trivjednom was established in 2011 by \u00a0Sylvia Jokelov\u00e1, Silva Lovasov\u00e1 a \u013dubica Sege\u010dov\u00e1. Together \u2013 as a fourth author, they work on various projects, from object design to free installations.<\/p>\n

We like oximorons. There is this interesting point where two incompatible forces collide. Third force is needed to guide the process, love if you will. The result is beyond hybridization, its creation!<\/span><\/p>\n

The \u201c\u0160afko\u201d project is a means of livening up the town. The architecture consisting of adjusted freight containers is primarily focused on highlighting content, purpose and the residents. It is a motivation for cooperation, inspiration and communication. \u0160afko grows like an organism. You can fix your bike, visit slovakian designers while having a coffee or local specialities, or buy unique gadgets from around the world.<\/p>\n

You will find: Buffet clothing x Sneakerbarber, Cyklokuchy\u0148a (Bikers kitchen), FRL-Fashion Recycling Lab, Kapsula (Capsule) \u2013 Pop up by Tonbogirl, MOJE (MINE), P\u00e1n Kr\u00e1li\u010dek (Mr. Bunny), Popular, V\u00fddaj\u0148a radosti (Joy dispensary) Zoot, Nad\u00e1cie Orange a Magna \u2013 deti v n\u00fadzi (Orange foundation and Manga \u2013 children in need), but also a module containing a playground for kids.<\/p>\n
