The artist’s collection JEWEL AS SOMETHING focuses on the objects found on the ground that were subjected to research. She started with dirt and finished with jewellery, treating it as a certain form of collecting (an object found on the ground) and action (the act of picking up). She picks up dirt, various shards and objects from the ground, seeing in them potential for making something else. However by concealing the dirt itself, she, paradoxically, points to it even more. She stirs a human natural curiosity, drawing attention to something hidden inside. What has not been noticed on the ground before, becomes a hidden wearable element that everybody wants to see.<\/p>\n
