I decided to go back to the origins of sound, so I looked to nature for inspiration. In order to rekindle an interest in music and harmony that anyone is capable of creating, I drew on indigenous African and Peruvian natural musical instruments. My outcome is a collection of two musical instruments that activate the whole body with their scale, which allows the person to feel the vibrations more intensely, thus intensifying the experience of the music. Kon and Rao are the Peruvian gods of rain and thunder, water and lightning, peace and confusion. Although they come from the same source they compete with each other. I captured this rare balance of opposites in the relationship of sound and form. Through the circle, as a symbol of a return to origin and nature, the two instruments are linked and by an intuitive circular movement in the vertical or horizontal axis, their sound - rain and thunder - simultaneously differ. The intensity and melody is directly linked to the movement of the man. The outwardly simple construction conceals a mechanism that stimulates curiosity and motivates playing."

[/vc_column_text] [vc_column_text pb_margin_bottom=“no“ pb_border_bottom=“no“ width=“1/2″ el_position=“last“]

[/vc_column_text]

[vc_column_text pb_margin_bottom=“no“ pb_border_bottom=“no“ width=“1/3″ el_position=“first“] Oleksandra Bakushina „Vo svojej práci som upriamila pozornosť na človeka a jeho vzťah k hudbe a ako na ľudské telo vplývajú vibrácie a harmónia v podobe melódie.
