Architecture, as an inspiration for ARC, we receive through material. Stone is still – as it has always been – interesting because of its visibility of structure, firmness, and availability. On the other hand, this material has always provoked attempts to make it lighter. We could use HI-MACS®, an artificial equivalent of stone we worked with to make objects based on molding and dimensional minimisation but with full function. The product was created in cooperation with Polytrade CE.
