The authors from VŠVU studied for 6 years at the Department of Textiles under the guidance of Blanka Cepkova MA Textiles in Space and in the same spirit is their exhibition full of expressive and even cartoonish stitches. They both deal with figurative motifs but with different handwriting and concept.
Eva Šrubařová and its Mouse-maze individual deals with the insight into the current system of life of civilization and the principle of "from work to work". It brings to the fore the individual set apart from the crowd. At the same time, we find in the work a fragile-violent reference to the question of aesthetics and art of today.
Anna Fričová explores the theme of Trance - the depiction of the state of perception in trance. A being in trance perceives different energies and encounters experiences of the spiritual world. The goal is to acquire a result that everyone can perceive differently and at the same time equally. It depends on the way of the observer.
The exhibition is supported by the Slovak Fashion Council.
