Within the brand “betonbasic” Lubica Rybar creates objects made of concrete – jewellery, interior accessories, pictures – that experiment with various presentations of concrete and related materials. Each collection of objects uses a different technology, different composition.
The BASIC collection works with raw manually cut and drilled concrete in its very basic form, without any mixtures. The contrast of the material perceived as male transforming into a female jewel.
The ART collection is a set of collages made with a pragmatic goal of minimising waste left after the production of bigger objects.
