Simona Janišová, the winner of BADW 2017 will present her new collection INSIDEOUT in the Zoya Gallery.

A physical body is a shell, a container for future content. Do we try to materialise this content with our creative work? Is creative work an extension of our inside? And what do we actually really look like? The object/container “Insideout” is an abstract portrait, an endeavour to retrieve the invisible. This endeavour is doomed to fail in the material world. The resulting object in this world thus once again becomes nothing but a container whose inner void waits to be filled with content.
