The artist has a long history of working in the field of sustainable design, The Crossing collection is based on the National Design Award-winning Natural Mode collection 21. She designs 3 - 5 models of innovative zero waste cuts. (on mannequins). The collection, titled The Crossing, is thematically based on the post-covidian "blending" of different positions of design and society. The cuts continue the intention of zero waste, the choice of materials conceptually and visually suggest a transformation - a transition into a new position of creating sustainable design and using non-traditional materials.
